Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 (15 ounce) Can chili with beans
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Cup water
2 Cups Instant rice, uncooked
1/2 Pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Instructions
Brown meat in a large skillet over medium-high heat and drain. Add chili, tomatoes and water and stir. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and prepared cheese product, cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted.
