Ingredients
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Cups instant rice
1 (10 oz) Package Stouffers Welsh Rarebit, defrosted according to package directions
1 (4 oz) Can Ortega diced green chiles, drained
1 Pound ground beef, fully cooked & drained
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can Mexican style diced tomatoes
1/2 Cup ketchup
Instructions
COMBINE broth and onion in medium skillet; bring to boil and add instant rice. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. ADD Welsh rarebit, chiles, beef, tomatoes and ketchup. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot and thickened. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
