Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Cup onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can stewed tomatoes
1 Cup elbow macaroni
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Brown meat & onion in a large skillet and drain; add tomatoes and 1 cup of water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer until done stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and mix gently.
