Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) Can tomato sauce
1 Large head cabbage, chopped
1/2 Cup white rice, uncooked
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) Can beef broth

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F. In large skillet, brown beef over medium high heat until done. Drain off fat. In large mixing bowl, combine onion, tomato sauce, cabbage, rice, beef and salt. Mix together. Pour mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Pour broth over meat mixture and bake covered for 1 hour. Stir, replace cover and bake for 30 more minutes.
