Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 Onion, chopped
1 (1 oz) Envelope taco seasoning
1 (1 oz) Envelope ranch dressing mix
1 (15 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz) Can kidney beans with liquid
2 (15 oz) Cans pinto beans
2 (15 oz) Cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz) Can tomatoes and green chilies
Shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese

Instructions

In large roasting pan, brown ground beef and onion. Add both envelopes seasonings and mix well.
Add corn, beans, stewed tomatoes, tomatoes, green chilies and 1 cup water, mix well and simmer about 30 minutes.
Top each bowl of stew with shredded cheese.
