Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
2 Cups mushrooms, chopped
1 Onion, sliced
1 Green and/or yellow pepper, diced
1/2 Package of wide egg noodles, cooked
2 Cans cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 cup of milk
1 Egg, beaten
Crushed saltine cracker crumbs
Instructions
Cook ground beef, mushrooms, onions and peppers in a skillet. Boil noodles according to package directions. Put ground beef mixture in an un-greased casserole dish, top with the cooked noodles. Spoon mushroom soup over this; combine cracker crumbs & egg and spread evenly on top. Bake at 350F for about 1/2 hour.
