Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat or round steak, cut into 1" cubes
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Large onion, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 Cup beef broth
1/2 Pound fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Cup sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 Package egg noodles, cooked

Instructions

Heat oil in pressure cooker and brown meat; drain fat. Add flour and mix well. Stir in onion, garlic, mushrooms, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Blend thoroughly.
Lock the lid in place and bring to pressure, then lower heat and cook for 25 minutes. Allow pressure to drop by the natural release method and remove the lid. Stir in sour cream and blend well. Serve over hot buttered egg noodles.
