Ingredients
1 Pound ground meat
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Teaspoons salt
1 (16 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup onion, white or green, chopped
1 (8 oz) Package noodles
1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
In a skillet, brown meat in butter. Add garlic, salt, and tomato sauce; simmer about 10 minutes.
Blend softened cream cheese and sour cream, add onions and set aside.
Boil noodles until tender; drain.
In baking dish, layer noodles, cream cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered at 350�F for 30 minutes.
