Ingredients
1 Pound round steak, cut into thin strips
Flour
3 Tablespoons salad oil
1 Green bell pepper, cut into strips
3 Stalks celery, cut into 2� strips
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Coat beef strips in flour and pan fry in vegetable oil until browned & tender. Add remaining ingredients and cook over moderate heat until vegetables are tender but not overcooked. Serve over cooked rice.
