Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds hamburger
Chopped onion, to taste
Bell pepper, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 1/2 ounce) Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) Carton sour cream
1 Tube buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

Brown hamburger with onion and bell pepper, Drain off excess fat and add salt and pepper. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream and mix well. Then pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish, top with biscuits. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350�F, or until biscuits are golden brown.
