Ingredients
1 Pound lean ground beef
1/2 Medium onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth
4 Ounces elbow macaroni
1/2 Tablespoon paprika
1/2 Tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Cup sour cream
Instructions
In a soup pot, brown the ground beef with the onion over high heat, stirring to break up the beef.
Add the broth, macaroni, paprika, garlic powder and pepper; bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat to medium-high, cover, and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until the macaroni is tender.
Remove from the heat; stir in the sour cream and serve in bowls.
