Ingredients

1 Pound stew meat, trimmed of fat, cubed
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Cup sauerkraut, canned
1 Large onion, chopped
15 Baby carrots
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 1/2 Tablespoons splenda
1 1/2 Tablespoons caraway seeds
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
5 Ounces egg noodles

Instructions

In a 2 quart or larger crockpot, combine the beef, tomato sauce, sauerkraut, onion, carrots, celery, splenda, caraway seeds and pepper.
Cover and cook on HIGH setting 1 hour. Reduce heat to LOW and cook for 4 to 5 hours.
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve the beef and vegetables over noodles.
