Ingredients
1 Can kidney beans
1 Cup celery, diced
2 Tablespoons pickle relish
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Mayonnaise
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
Put kidney beans in a strainer and pour boiling water over them. Cool. Mix with celery, relish and salt. Moisten with mayonnaise. Chill thoroughly. Arrange on lettuce and sprinkle with paprika.
