In mixer, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Turn into crock and cover. Cook 2 hours on low or 1 hour on high until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve from crock on low, using corn chips or hot quartered tortillas for dipping. For tostadas cremosos, ladle over crisp fried tortillas, then heap with chopped scallions, chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese. Add slivers of avocado, cooked chicken or turkey, sliced radishes or other garnishes if desired.
