Ingredients

1 Whole chicken
1 (1gallon) Zip type bag
1 Large can of pineapple juice
Your favorite BBQ Rub

Instructions

Remove giblets and neck from chicken, wash and pat dry. Season with BBQ rub to your liking. Place chicken in zip bag and add pineapple juice. Seal bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight . The next day, remove chicken from bag, apply more BBQ rub and wrap breast side up in foil. Cook in smoker anywhere from 250� to 275�F for about 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until an instant read thermometer reads 165�F. If desired, unwrap the chicken from the foil about half way through the cooking time for a golden finish.
