Ingredients

1 (7 to 10 lb) Fully cooked smoked ham
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup grade B maple syrup
2 Teaspoons cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon instant coffee granules
1 Tablespoon dry mustard

Instructions

Score the surface of the meat lightly into a diamond pattern. Place the ham on a V rack, and set it on the grill. The meat was unseasoned, the glaze adds flavor late in the cooking.
Use cherry wood in the smoker and smoke at about 300F until the internal temperature reaches about 140F. During the last hour or so of cooking spread the glaze over the ham at about 15 minute intervals.
