Ingredients
12 Ounces beer
1/2 Cup cider vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup canola or corn oil (NOT peanut or olive oil)
1/2 Medium onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon brisket seasoning (see file recipe)
Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat and mop over brisket during cooking.
