Ingredients
1 Pound ground pork (Can use beef)
5 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Clove of garlic, crushed
1/2 Cup onion, diced
1/2 Tablespoon dried basil
1/2 Tablespoon Season-All salt (Or other favorite seasoning, like Lawry's)
1/4 Package dry onion soup mix
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Let the mix refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Then press the mixture into 4 patties. Cook them on the grill for 5-10 minutes each, or until they are cooked thoroughly. Serve on a bun, or by itself.
