Ingredients
2 Pork tenderloins (about 2 pounds total)
1/2 cup bourbon or whisky
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1 Lemon, juiced
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Whisk together bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice and garlic powder.
Place pork tenderloins in a gallon ziplock bag. Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag and refrigerate one hour to overnight.
Remove pork from ziplock bag and grill to desired doneness (approximately 12 to 16 minutes).
