Ingredients
1 Cup white wine vinegar
1 Cup olive oil
1/2 Cup white wine
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Teaspoon thyme
3 Tablespoons salt
10 Garlic cloves; minced
1 1/2 Teaspoons Tabasco sauce
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chickens, which have been cut in half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until done.
