Ingredients
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup cottage cheese
1 Cup cooked long grain rice
1 Small onion, finely chopped
1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoon onion soup mix
2 Tablespoons all purpose baking flour
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the first 12 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 10 patties. Grill uncovered over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce and onion if desired.
