Ingredients
1 (6 oz) Package of orange Jello; or 2 small boxes
1 (8 oz) Container of cool whip
1 Pint orange sherbet, softened
1 cup of water
1 Can of mandarin oranges, chopped
Instructions
Boil the water, add water to the orange Jello and stir until well mixed. Set the Jello aside to cool but do not allow to gel.
In a separate bowl, combine the cool whip and orange sherbet completely. Whip the Jello into the cool whip/orange sherbet.
Add the mandarin oranges to the Jello mixture. Pour into a 9" x 13" or 8" x 11" pan and cover.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and serve.
