Ingredients

1 Pound fresh, clean mushrooms, stems removed
1 (12 oz) Spinach, defrosted
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons Italian seasoned dry breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350�F. Place mushrooms, rounded side down in a single layer in a 9� x 13� baking dish. Fill caps with souffl�. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes; serve at once.
