Ingredients

1 (14 oz) Can chicken broth
1 (12 oz) Can V-8
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Cup water
1 Large potato, diced
2 Carrots, sliced
2 Celery stalks, diced
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 Cup green beans, fresh or frozen, chopped
1 Cup corn, fresh or frozen
1 Cup peas, fresh or frozen
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Creole seasoning to taste

Instructions

In a large pot combine broth, V-8, water, potatoes, carrots, celery, undrained tomatoes, green beans and corn. Season with salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or until all vegetables are tender.
