Ingredients
3 (14 oz) Cans beef broth
1 Teaspoon garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Teaspoon ground mustard
1 Teaspoon steak sauce
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
3 Celery stalks, chopped
2 Cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
3 Medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
6 Medium carrots, cut into 1/2� slices
3 Cups cubed beef, cooked
12 Cups frozen cut green beans, thawed
1 Cup frozen peas, thawed
1 Cup frozen corn, thawed
1 (15 oz) Can tomato sauce
1/2 Cup barley
Instructions
Combine broth, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, steak sauce, salt and pepper in pressure cooker along with beef, chopped mushrooms and barley, mix well. Close cooker and cook at pressure for 25 to 30 minutes; allow pressure to release naturally. Open cooker and add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
