Ingredients
3 1/2 Cups chicken broth
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz) Can sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
8 Ounces mushrooms, sliced
1 Medium potato, cubed
2 Medium carrots, peeled & chopped
2 Celery ribs, sliced
3/4 Pound polish sausage, cubed
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 Teaspoons dill
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients except polish sausage in crockpot and cook on HIGH for 8 to 10 hours, or LOW 4 to 5 hours. Add polish sausage and cook an additional 1 hour on HIGH.
