Ingredients
2 Cups chicken, cooked & diced
1 Cup broccoli, chopped
1 (14 oz) Can chicken broth
1/2 Cup carrots, chopped
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon snipped basil
1/2 Cup red or green bell pepper, diced
1 (16 oz) Jar Alfredo sauce
1 Garlic clove, chopped
Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Put vegetables in soup pot, add broth and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables begin to get tender. Add chicken and Alfredo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and serve.
