Ingredients

1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
4 Carrots, sliced thin
1 Small zucchini, thinly sliced
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes
1 Quart chicken broth
1 (15 1/2 oz) Can red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
4 Ounces mini farfalle pasta, cooked
1/2 Teaspoon lemon pepper
1 Pound cubed cooked turkey
1/4 Cup thinly sliced basil
1 Tablespoon oil

Instructions

In saucepan cook garlic and onions in oil 4 minutes. Add zucchini, cook 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, let simmer for 10 minutes. Add beans, pasta and turkey; cook 5 minutes or until heated through. Stir in basil, and serve.
