Ingredients
1 (3 oz) Can chow mein noodles
1 (8 oz) Can water chestnuts, sliced
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup half and half
1 Cup celery, finely chopped
Dash pepper
1 1/2 Cups cooked chicken or tuna
1 Cup frozen peas, thawed
3/4 Cup cashew nuts, coarsely chopped
1/4 Cup onion, minced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles; Mix all other ingredients in a 2 quart baking dish or casserole; bake uncovered 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top of casserole and bake an additional 15 minutes.
