Ingredients
1 (8 oz) Can kidney beans, drained
1/4 Cup celery, diced
1/4 Cup green pepper, diced
2 Tablespoons onion, minced
3 Tablespoons salad dressing
1/4 Teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Instructions
Rinse kidney beans well in cold water and drain. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving on crisp lettuce leaves.
