Ingredients
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 Large cloves fresh garlic
1/4 Teaspoon celery salt
1/2 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 Teaspoon paprika
1 Tablespoon smoke seasoning (dry)
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small electric chopper and blend until finely chopped. Butterfly cut the steaks and spread the rub on the inside evenly. Put steaks in a container and cover all sides with smoke flavored barbecue sauce. Refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours; (overnight seems to work best). Barbecue to desired doneness and enjoy.
