Ingredients
4 Pork chops
Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Medium onion, sliced
3/4 Cup chicken broth
1 Pint cream
Instructions
Brown pork chops in large skillet. Remove and slather with mustard; melt butter in skillet and saut� onion slices until brown. Stir in broth and cream. Add pork chops, cover and simmer 50 minutes. Serve with rice.
