Ingredients
12 (6 oz) Boneless center-cut pork chops
3/4 Cup apple juice
3/4 Cup honey
6 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons dry sherry
6 Garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Reserve a small amount of marinade for basting and pour the rest over pork chops in a large Ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade. Grill pork 5" from heat source 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 155�-160�F. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
