Preheat oven to 350�F.
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, turkey gravy and dry onion soup mix.
Combine stuffing green beans and turkey in a large mixing bowl. Spread combined ingredients in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Pour the soup gravy mixture over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 45 minutes, or until browned and bubbly, top with cheese and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
