Ingredients
1 (15 oz) Can artichoke hearts
1 Cup sour cream
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1/2 Cup fresh Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
Drain and dice artichoke hearts. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in a small casserole dish and bake at 325�F for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
