Ingredients
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 Garlic cloves, chopped
8 Skinless chicken thighs
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Combine lemon juice, molasses, Worcestershire sauce and garlic in a large bowl.
Add chicken to bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425�F. Grease a roasting pan and pour chicken and marinade into pan. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Roast chicken, basting with marinade, until meat is cooked through, about 40 minutes.
