Ingredients

2 Cups chicken broth
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Pound rotini pasta, uncooked
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Package Italian dressing mix
1 Pound chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
1 Cup frozen peas & carrots
4 Ounces cream cheese

Instructions

Add the chicken broth, water and pasta to the Instant Pot and pour the cream of chicken soup on top of the pasta.
Sprinkle the dressing mix packet into the Instant Pot and place the cut up chicken thighs on top.
Secure the lid and cook on Manual (or pressure cook) HIGH for 3 minutes. Allow for a 6 minute natural pressure release before releasing the pressure manually.
Stir in the frozen peas and carrots.
Cut the cream cheese into chunks and set on top of the pasta in the Instant Pot. Return the lid and let the Instant Pot sit on warm for 5 minutes.
Stir the cream cheese into the pasta until completely combined and serve.
