Ingredients

2 Pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 Pound smoked sausage, cooked & sliced
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 Cups rice
2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
2 Tablespoons Italian seasonings
1 Chicken bullion cube

Instructions

Brown chicken and sausage in the veggie oil, add onions and cook till translucent or starting to be clear. Add all remaining ingredients to cooker and stir till mixed. Cook on high pressure for 8 to 10 minutes. Use natural pressure release, enjoy.
