Ingredients

1 (2 to 4 lb) London broil
1 Cup flour
2 Teaspoons dry mustard
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 Teaspoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Olive oil
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Carrots, peeled & grated
2 Stalks celery, chopped
1 (16 oz) Can Italian style diced tomatoes
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can beef broth

Instructions

Cut steak into bite size pieces. Thoroughly mix flour, dry mustard, salt, pepper and onion powder; coat steak in dry mix and brown in skillet with olive oil. Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker, bring to pressure, reduce heat and cook for 20 to 30 minutes. Allow pressure to reduce naturally.
