Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 Egg
1/2 Cup long grain Basmati rice
1 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons onion, minced
1 (10 oz) Can condensed tomato soup
1/2 Cup water

Instructions

In a large bowl combine meat, egg, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water in cooker. Drop meatballs in soup mixture, secure lid and bring to pressure. Cook for 10 minutes at pressure. Release pressure naturally and serve over cooked noodles.
