Ingredients
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can French onion soup
1/2 Cup water
2 Pounds hamburger
1 Egg
1/4 Cup milk
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 Cup celery, chopped
1 Cup bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix hamburger, egg, milk, onions, garlic, celery, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and make small 3" patties.
In a large skillet (non-stick), add hamburger patties over medium-high heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes each side: remove and set aside.
Remove the fat from the skillet then add the cream of mushroom soup, French onion soups and water. Mix well for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat until blended. Put patties in mixture and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over mashed potatoes and a vegetable of your choice.
