Ingredients
1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 Cup onion, chopped
1/2 (8 oz) Package fresh mushrooms, chopped
25 Ounces spaghetti sauce
1 Cup water
1 1/2 Cup uncooked elbow macaroni or small shells
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Add onion and mushrooms and heat until onion is just soft. Season with salt and pepper as desired, add spaghetti sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni to skillet. Stir. Cover and let simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is cooked. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
