Ingredients

2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 Pounds stew beef, cut into small bite size pieces
3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
2/3 Cup water
3/4 Cup mild salsa
1 Teaspoon dried cilantro

Instructions

Heat olive oil in pressure cooker; add meat and brown. Combine taco seasoning, water, salsa and cilantro; mix well. Pour mixture over meat in cooker, stir to coat and bring to a boil, cover, bring to pressure and cook for 17 to 20 minutes. Reduce pressure naturally.
