Ingredients
10 Country style pork ribs {Individual ribs, not on a slab}
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon salt
2 Teaspoons pepper
2 Teaspoons paprika
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce, your choice of flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275�F.
Combine brown sugar, garlic powder salt, pepper and paprika in a large Ziploc bag.
Add each rib individually, shaking the bag and coating the ribs.
Place ribs on a foil lined baking sheet and cover and seal with foil.
Bake for 2 hours on the middle rack.
Heat grill on med-high heat.
Place grill foil on grill.
Add ribs and baste with BBQ sauce. Grill for 8 minutes, turn, baste and grill for another 8 minutes.
