Ingredients
3 Medium russet potatoes, do not peel
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 Tablespoons olive, avocado or coconut oil
Instructions
Wash potatoes, and pat them dry.
Slice potatoes to the size fries you want, and try to be somewhat consistent with the size to allow for even cooking.
Soak in water to remove excess starch and pat dry again.
Toss fries with oil, garlic, salt & pepper.
Place fries in air fryer basket and cook at 400�F for about 20 minutes (more for larger, steak fries), and toss them around a couple times during the cooking to help evenly cook.
Taste to see if you need more salt & pepper.
Note
Frozen fries take 14 minutes at 400�F.
