Ingredients
4 Russet potatoes
2 Teaspoons olive oil
Salt
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390�F.
Scrub potatoes and pat to dry and use a fork to poke holes in the potatoes.
Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Open the air fryer, turn potatoes and cook for another 15-30 minutes, until they are soft inside and crispy outside.
Note
If the potatoes are large, you may need to cook them for a further 10 minutes.
