Ingredients

3 (6oz) Pork chops, rinsed & patted dry
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Smoked paprika, to taste
1/2 Cup breadcrumbs, approximately
1 Large egg
Cooking spray, for coating the pork chops

Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Place the breadcrumbs in a medium bowl.
In another bowl, beat the egg.
Dip each pork chop in egg and then dredge it in the breadcrumbs, coating completely.
Lightly spray both sides of coated pork chops with cooking spray right before cooking. Make sure to spray pork chops with oil well. Don't leave any un-oiled areas becuse those bread crumbs will cook white and dry and not crispy.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 380F for 4 minutes.
Place coated pork chops in the Air Fryer and cook at 380F for 6 minutes. Flip pork chops and cook for an additional 6 minutes, or until golden and internal temperature reaches 145-160F.
