Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Medium onion, diced
1 (14 oz) Can crushed tomatoes
9 Ounces barbecue sauce
1 Potato, peeled & diced
1 (15 oz) Can corn, drained well
1 (8 oz) Can great northern beans, drained & rinsed
1 (8 oz) Can pinto beans, undrained
2 1/2 Cups beef broth or stock
Instructions
In a large pot, brown and crumble ground beef along with diced onions over medium heat.
Drain and rinse the great northern beans and corn.
When the ground beef is cooked, drain excess grease.
Add crushed tomatoes, pinto beans, drained northern beans and corn.
Add beef broth along with diced potatoes and barbecue sauce and stir well.
Cover and cook on medium until potatoes are tender.
