Ingredients

1 Pound mild breakfast sausage, uncooked
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 Cups Bisquick
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400�F.
Mix all ingredients until well combined; (I use my Kitchen Aid mixer with the dough hook).
Roll into 1" balls.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until brown.
Sausage balls may be frozen uncooked. If baking frozen, add a few minutes to the baking time.
