Ingredients
3/4 Pound lean ground beef
1/2 Small onion, finely diced
1/2 Green pepper, diced (optional)
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 oz) Can Rotel diced tomatoes
12 Ounces jar spaghetti sauce
3/4 Cup water
3/4 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
8 Ounces macaroni noodles
Shredded cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
In a 6 quart electric pressure cooker, press the saut� option and put on high.
Brown and crumble the ground beef along with the diced onion and green pepper.
If the beef produces a lot of grease, drain.
Stir in minced garlic and turn off saut� setting.
Pour in diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning.
Stir in macaroni noodles.
Seal the lid, tand turn the pressure release valve to "Sealing".
Set pressure cooker on high for 5 minutes.
Once finished, do a quick pressure release (carefully turn the pressure release valve to venting).
Open lid and stir mixture.
Serve in a bowl topped with shredded cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan cheese.
